Any occasion simply isn't an occasion without samosa.
Now I share with you some samosa recepie.
Make 20 samosa
Produce:500gm potato
1tsp-chilli flakes
1-onion
Baking spices:1/2tsp cloves
1 tsp :coriender seades
1tsp:garam masala
1/2 tsp- salt
1/2tsp-Termeric
1 ltr- vegetable oil
250 gm flour
2tsp soyabean oil
100ml(0.5)cup -warm water
0.5tsp salt
1)Instruction
Now take a pot and added unpeeled potato. Cover with water and salt. Boiled 20 minutes or u til soft.
2)In mean time, prepretio the dough. Add flour to a clean working surface and keep working surface and keep working little by little, Using a fork.Then use your hands to combine all ingredients until a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let rest approx-30 minutes.
3)Now peel the boiled potato. Chopping onion, and coriender. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over low heat and add coriender, cumin seeds. Fry for approx 2-3 minutes. Before adding onion and ginger, garam masala, chilli flakes, termeric. Fry 2-3 minutes than mashed the boiled potato and mixed them. Fry all things 5-6 minutes.
4)Now uncover the dow and roll the dough thin and evenly. If the dough roll is thick, its take a long time for cooked.
Do not use any flour while rolling the samosa. You can apply little oil in you palm when you roll the samosa.
First you have to cut a lentil and cut it into sand like lentils and cut it in half with a knife. Then you have to triangle that half size and fill it with stuffing.
Fry the samosa low heat. That way they will turn crisp.
Once they have become light brown in colour then you increase the heat and fry on medium heat.
Ready your testy, crispy samosa. Serve it with sause.
